Google’s new move is ImageFX, an AI-powered image creation tool. Unlike other image creation tools, ImageFX offers keyword suggestions to users with its “phrase chips” feature. ImageFX offers a command-based user interface, making it easy to create and edit images. ImageFX Supported with Imagen 2
The program is showing its impact in many more products and services. ImageFX is powered by Imagen 2. (Imagen 2 is a generative AI image model.) Developed by Google’s DeepMind team, Imagen 2 is being integrated into more products and services like Vertex AI.
Imagen 2 supports image rendering with textual commands in Google Ads and Duet AI, while Imagen 2 is also used in Google Image Search, Google’s AI-driven search experience. In Vertex AI, Imagen 2 is available through an API for Google Cloud customers and can also be accessed through Bard, Google’s AI-driven chatbot.
Google ImageFX
Google ImageFX is available in certain countries such as the US, Kenya, New Zealand and Australia. However, it is not yet available in some countries. Users can get started with ImageFX by visiting Google’s AI Test Kitchen. ImageFX is available for free and allows users to quickly experiment with their ideas through its “expressive chips” feature. Despite Google’s delay, ImageFX has been shown to be capable of producing high quality images. Thanks to SynthID watermarks and technical safeguards, users know that inappropriate content is limited.
