Bugatti‘s first vehicle from its “Programme Solitaire” program has been unveiled. The Bugatti Brouillard caught attention on Designboom with its spherical glass sculpture. The miniature sculpture inside the glass symbolizes Ettore Bugatti’s horse. This detail adds artistic and historical depth to the car. Additionally, the sculpture was exhibited at Monterey Car Week, highlighting how Brouillard blends technology with aesthetics. Furthermore, the glass sculpture offers a unique touch to the car. The minimal yet meaningful approach in the design is noteworthy. Now, discover the pinnacle of design with the Bugatti Brouillard.

Only One Bugatti Brouillard Ever Made
The Bugatti Brouillard was produced only once. This vehicle is part of Bugatti’s new “Programme Solitaire” program. This program offers customers the opportunity to design a car almost from scratch. In other words, it is not a modification, but a completely unique car. The vehicle is powered by a W16 engine, delivering a full 1,578 horsepower. Green tones stand out in the design, both inside and out.
The glass roof creates a modern and airy feel. The door panels and seats are adorned with horse motifs. These elements add both elegance and personality. Brouillard is therefore not just a car, but a work of art.
The First Example of the Programme Solitaire Bugatti Brouillard
Brouillard is the first example of the Programme Solitaire. This program is a strong reference to Bugatti’s coachbuilding tradition. The vehicle uses the W‑16 platform of the Chiron and Mistral. With a carbon fiber and aluminum chassis, it offers both a lightweight and robust structure. It is powered by four turbo engines with powerful and elegant lines. LED headlights arranged horizontally create a modern front appearance. The fixed tail-shaped spoiler at the rear is particularly eye-catching.
The glass roof provides the driver with a spacious and bright experience. The interior features a tartan fabric pattern and green carbon fiber details. The door panels and seats are enriched with horse embroidery.
Even the gear lever features a miniature horse figure inside a glass plaque. These details pay homage to the past while emphasizing modernity. After all, achieving a simple appearance is a difficult balance. Combining design engineering with aesthetics is true success. Although the price of the vehicle has not been officially announced, it is estimated to be over 30 million dollars. Bugatti plans to produce two units of this model per year.

Bugatti Brouillard Features
The Bugatti Tourbillon represents a radical change in the brand’s approach to engines. Instead of the W16 engine used in the Chiron and Veyron, a V16 engine was chosen for this model. The new-generation plug-in hybrid engine offers both performance and efficiency. The Tourbillon’s internal combustion engine alone produces 986 horsepower.
When combined with the electric motors mounted on the front and rear axles, the total power output reaches 1,775 horsepower. This power enables the vehicle to push the boundaries of acceleration. It can go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2 seconds. Additionally, it reaches 0 to 200 km/h in 5 seconds.
It can reach 300 km/h in just 10 seconds. Reaching 400 km/h takes only 25 seconds. The 8.3-liter V16 engine at the heart of the Tourbillon was developed by Cosworth. This engine can reach a maximum of 9,000 RPM, maintaining its stability even at high RPMs. Its powerful structure promises impressive results on the track.
The Tourbillon also has a 25 kWh battery integrated into a carbon monocoque chassis. This battery provides a range of 60 kilometers on electric power alone. This means it can offer an environmentally friendly experience for city driving.
With its hybrid system and aerodynamic design, the Tourbillon represents the hypercar of the future. It is an impressive achievement in both engineering and art. Bugatti is opening a new chapter with this model.
