Xreal attracts attention with its new augmented reality glasses, Xreal Air 2 Ultra, introduced at CES 2024. These glasses, which are suitable for daily use with their lightweight structure, offer an impressive augmented reality experience while carrying the form of traditional sunglasses. Also Xreal Air 2 Ultra, which is expected to be released in February, is said to be a serious competitor to Apple Vision Pro with its features.

Xreal Air 2 Ultra Features

Xreal Air 2 Ultra’s display is made of Micro-OLED panels and offers 1080p resolution. With a refresh rate of 120 refreshes per second, the displays have a brightness level of 500 nits and a wide 52-degree field of view.

These features provide users with a high quality display experience and easy connectivity with devices such as ROG Ally and Steam Deck for an enjoyable gaming experience. Weighing only 80 grams, Xreal Air 2 Ultra is compatible with iPhone 15, Samsung Android devices and Windows/macOS-based computers.

The glasses’ 330-inch virtual screen is combined with the “Immersion Control” feature. With a tap, users can quickly switch between 100%, 35% and 0% electrochromic dimming levels. This makes it easy to use the goggles indoors and outdoors for a flexible experience.

Xreal Air 2 Ultra is manufactured with TÜV Color Accuracy Certification, guaranteeing high color accuracy. The glasses include a 3D camera and can enable features such as environmental mapping and hand tracking. This makes the glasses an ideal tool not only for playing games and watching movies, but also for running various augmented reality applications.
